| 摘 要： | 基于对上海生物医药研发企业和软件开发研发外包的深度访谈及调研,分析了研发外包的内部动因;运用多元回归方法,分析了研发外包的外部环境动因。结果表明,研发外包内部动因主要表现在降低成本、获得专业化服务、提高产品质量等方面;外部环境因素主要有技术、经济、市场、政府和国际组织的态度与相关政策。
