| 摘 要： | 高校学生干部是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育，促进学校改革、发展和稳定的一支重要力量。加强高校学生干部培养，具有十分重要的意义。从当前高校学生干部现状出发，深入剖析高校学生干部队伍存在的问题及其产生的主要原因，并提出了切实可行的高校学生干部培养路径。

| Abstract: | College student cadres are an important force to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of university,promote reform,development and stability of school.To strengthen the training of student cadres is of great significance.This paper analyzes the problems and their reasons of the team of college student cadres from the current status,and proposes feasible training ways for cultivating the student cadres. |
