城市滨水区开发功能定位研究

城市滨水地区是城市中地理位置最为优越,开发潜力最大的地段之一,但目前国内许多滨水地区开发主要集中在对滨水区本身的环境整治与景观美化上,没有从城市功能结构调整的角度着手进行.如何进行城市滨水区开发建设,使之带动城市乃至区域范围内经济发展是我国城市滨水区开发目前急需解决的问题.论文列举了国外若干城市滨水区的开发背景,通过对这些滨水区功能特点的比较,分析了不同功能对所在城市经济产生的影响,提出了我国城市滨水区在功能转型期功能定位的原则及参考意见.

Research of the Development Functional Demand of Water Front in Cities

Water front is one of the most ascendant and potential area in the city. But nowadays, the development of water front in our city only concentrate on the environment improvement and sightseeing, but ignore the framework of city's function. How to construct water front in order to push the economic development in the city even in the region is a problem urgently to solve. This article analyzes the background of water front development in different cities and the influence to economy by different functions of water front, as well as comparing the functional characteristics of these water fronts. It brings forward the principle and suggestions for water front development in such a transition period in our country.
