| 摘 要： | 龙活虎利用全国和各地区的统计数据,分析我国物价水平波动的行为模式,以及货币和投资等调控工具的影响与时滞。实证研究表明:货币供给量的调控对物价水平的短期调整和中长期稳定都具有显著的作用,尽管存在一定的外部时滞;而利率调整的效果则不明显。投资对物价波动既有即时的冲击,又存在2～3年的滞后影响;房地产投资对于物价的波动具有很好的预示功能。

| Abstract: | The paper is focus on the behavior of Prices and the effect of Policy applied to control price wave in short run and long run.According to the data of China during 1985-2003 and January 2000-March 2004 periods,conclusions as followed can be drawn:firstly,the control of money supply is effective to smooth the wave of prices,though the outside lag is significant,but the adjustment of interest rate is appeared ineffective.Secondly,growth in investment has prompt effect and lagged effect in 2～3 years on prices,especially,investment on real estate can act well as a sign of prices behavior.Finally,data from the last years showed that the prices of agricultural products and raw materials have the tendency to raise the similar fluctuation of other prices. |
