| 摘 要： | 循环经济是指以资源节约和循环利用为特征的经济形态,可以从根本上改变资源过度消耗和环境污染严重的局面,是实现可持续发展战略的必然选择。根据多元统计分析方法,对全国31个省市、自治区的循环经济发展水平进行了聚类分析;并结合各省实际,通过比较研究对各群体的循环经济建设提出相应对策。

| Abstract: | Recycling economy is a kind of economy charactered by the resource economizing and recycling. It can drastically change the situation of resource's overspending and severe polluting of environment. And it is the inevitable choice of carrying out the sustainable developing strategy. This paper analyzes the recycling economic level of 31 provinces and autonomous regions,based on the cluster analysis method. Relating to the actual situation,this paper also gives the corresponding countermeasure to each cluster. |
