外商对华投资独资化趋势分析

随着我国整体投资环境的持续改善,外商对华投资进入新的增长期。近年来,外商对华直接投资中独资企业比重大幅上升,外商并购中外合资企业中方资产、转化为外商独资企业或外商控股企业的案例迅速增加,外商对华投资出现了明显的独资化趋势。文中分析了外商在华投资独资化趋势的成因以及效应,并据此提出了我们的应对之策。

To Analyse on the Tendency of FDI Sole Proprietorship in China

As the continuous improvement of our country's whole investment environment,a new growth period of foreign firms' investment in China is beginning.In recent years,the proportion of wholly foreign-owned enterprises in FDI has increased by a large margin.The cases significantly increased,which are of foreign investors M&A assets of Chinese party in the Sino-foreign joint venture,and are of transforming from the Sino-foreign joint venture into the whole foreign-owned enterprise,or into the foreign holding company.A conspicuous tendency of FDI sole proprietorship has taken on.In this essay,I analyze the causes and effects of FDI sole proprietorship in China,and put forward our countermeasures accordingly.
