摘 要: | 随着企业内、外部环境的变化,企业的人力资源管理存在一系列的风险,涉及员工招聘、人才流失、人员 培训以及跨文化管理等方面。这些风险对企业日常生产经营活动的开展和经营目标的实现,构成很大的威胁。对人 力资源管理风险的防范和控制,已成为企业的当务之急。

Abstract: | With the change of the environment in and outside the enterpriser senes of risks emerge in the management of human resources,which relates to inviting applications,losing of talents, training of staff,cross-cultural management and so on. These risks threaten the development of production and operation and the achievement of operating aims. It has become a top priority for enterprises to prevent and control the risks of the management of human resources. |
