| 摘 要： | 现有研究表明,集团利益的公共性会导致集团成员普遍的搭便车行为,形成"集体行动的困境".不同学者从不同的视角认为小集团、有选择性的激励、提供非集体收益、强制、组建有正规组织的社团、意识形态、利他主义和社会资本等能克服搭便车行为,促进合作,走出集体行动的困境.

| Abstract: | The existing research shows that the member of interest group would be flee rider because of the public nature of the group interest. It leads to the dilemma of collection action. Scholars considered apart that small group size, selective incentives, force, mass organizations, ideology, altruism and social capital could overcome free rider and promote cooperation. |
