| 摘 要： | 通过分析高校图书馆在人力资源管理中存在的管理理念、方法,管理体制,人员素质等方面一些问题,提出了搞好高校图书馆人力资源管理应从管理观念、管理模式,人才配置,业务培训等入手,才能真正发挥高校图书馆在人才培养、科学研究和社会服务中的作用的相应对策。

| Abstract: | By analyzing some problems such as management ideology,methods,management mechanism,personnel quality,have existed in libraries of colleges and universities.The essay puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,we should start from the aspects of management idea,management pattern,the talents' disposition and professional training,so that the libraries of colleges and universities can play an important role in the talents' cultivation,scientific research and social service. |
