| 摘 要： | 通过选取沪、深两市10只不同行业、不同地区板块的股票，利用SPSS统计软件，采用主成分分析和因子分析的方法，分析了影响我国股票价格变动的因素，结果表明我国股市结构由一般市场环境、行业活动、公司绩效和各公司特殊活动几部分构成。

| Abstract: | Choosing ten stocks from different market, different industry and different area, by the means of principal component analysis and factor analysis, this article analysis the influence on fluctuation of the Chinese stock prices. As a result, we believe that Chinese stock market structure is constitutes by market environment, industry action, company performance and company others individual operation. |
