论"人口、资源与环境经济学"的理论基础

“人口、资源与环境经济学”作为独立的学科,目前缺乏相应的理论拓展的基点,为此,本文以人口、资源与环境经济学的学科理论体系的研究基点为研究对象,根据“人口、资源与环境经济学”的性质、特点,提出了本学科构建的理论起点,即“人口资源环境”的稀缺性、外部性、个体理性与社会理性之冲突以及其经济人假定拓展。
