| 摘 要： | 20世纪末以来,中国高等教育管理体制改革催生了一大批地方新建本科高校。这些高校是中国高等教育普及化的实践者,却存在办学层次、人才培养和服务面向定位不准确的问题。针对办学定位不准的原因,必须调整、优化地方新建本科高校的内部和外部环境,才能保证这些高校的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Since the late 20th century, a large number of newly - established local universities have been estab- lished due to the reform of Chinese higher education management system. These universities are the practitioners of the Chinag popularization of higher education, but there were the problems of inaccurate school level positioning, tal- ent cultivation positioning and service - oriented positioning. Because of the inaccurate positioning in school run- ning, it is necessary to adjust and optimize the internal and external environment of the newly -established local u- niversities, so as to ensure the sustainable development of the universities. |
