新时期高职院校法制教育现状及改进措施

高等职业教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,有着鲜明的特点,同时它又是学校与社会用人部门结合、理论与实践结合的人才培养的基本途径。因此,高职院校作为法制教育的主体,对培养符合社会需要的合格职业人,显得尤为重要。本文通过对高职院校法制教育的现状进行分析,对新时期增强高职院校法制教育的途径尝试进一步的探讨。

The Present Situation of the Legal System Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Period and the Improving Measures

Higher vocational education as an important part of higher education has a distinctive features. At the same time, it is the school combination with social division to choose and employ persons, the combination of theory and practice of talent training of basic way. Therefore, it is particularly important for higher vocational colleges as the main body of the legal system education to train qualified professionals conforming to the need of the society. This paper analyzed the present situation of the legal system education in higher vocational colleges and discussed how to strengthen the legal system education in higher vocational colleges in the new period.
