摘    要:随着燃气这个清洁能源的普遍应用,燃气企业的知名度也在飞速提升。然而,当前我们面临的首要任务之一,就是在以信息化建设为依托、以燃气为中介,从关系营销中,如何建立出满足当今市场竞争的用户关系,如何改善用户服务体系,从而增强用户的满意度,占有更多的市场份额。关系营销,是一种符合现代企业发展的经营理念,我们要在获得新用户、新消费者的同时,还要加大管理力度对已有的用户信息进行维护和更新。迅速有效地实现"5化"精细管理:营销管理集中化、组织扁平化、服务便捷化、资源最优化、信息共享化。从公司营销的市场应变能力、用户服务能力、管理控制能力和营销运作能力入手,整体促进公司的全面可持续发展。

Discusses How To Establish And Improve Of Customer Relationship Management System In Relational Marketing
Abstract:With gas the universal application of this clean energy,gas companies are also rapidly increase the visibility.However,we face the one of the most important task,that is,to rely on information technology,gas as the intermediary,from the relationship marketing,how to create customer relationship to satisfy competition market nowadays,how to improve customer service system,thereby enhancing the user satisfaction,in order to occupy more market share. Relationship marketing is a kind of business line with the modern concept of enterprise development,we need to acquire new customers,new customers,we must also tighten the management to maintain and update user information.Quickly and effectively to achieve "5" fine management: marketing management centralized,hierarchical system,the service convenient,resource optimization,and information sharing technology.From the company's market responsiveness,customer service,management control and operational capacity to start marketing the overall promotion of the company's overall sustainable development.
