| 摘 要： | 高等院校是知识创新、传播和应用的重要基地,更是培养社会所需人才的摇篮。高等院校要能全面、协调、持续发展,就要以人才市场需求为导向,以现有的办学资源为基础,并充分利用现有的办学条件,采取各种措施加快教学改革步伐,扩展教学改革视野,加强办学能力建设,培养与人才市场整体发展相适应的人才。
