低碳技术的价值伦理问题研究

低碳技术具有工具内涵和工艺内涵,能在一定程度上解决温室效应给环境和气候造成的极大危害,但是低碳技术也引发了价值伦理问题。基于低碳技术的哲学反思和思想根源,探讨了低碳技术存在的伦理问题,主要包括:技术意志剥夺了人的主体性,科层制、技术工具理性与道德价值理性断裂等问题。通过分析低碳技术的属性、人的主体性及伦理问题的责任者等原因,从打破传统伦理、树立整合多元主义的伦理观点、建设世界主义的全球公共政治文化及重建工具理性与价值理性的平衡四个方面重构低碳技术的伦理价值。

Research on Problem of Ethical Value of Low-Carbon Technology

Low-carbon technology has tool connotation and technology content.To a certain extent,low-carbon technology can solve the problem of environment and climate caused by greenhouse effect,but also results in value ethical issues.Based on philosophical reflection and ideological root of low-carbon technology,it discusses ethical issues including: technologies will deprive of people’s subjectivity,the hierarchy,fracture of technical tools rationality and moral value rationality.Through analyzing the properties of low-carbon technology,people’s subjectivity and contributor of ethical issues,etc.,it reconstructs ethical values of low-carbon technology from four aspects of breaking traditional ethics,setting up the integration of pluralism,constructing the cosmopolitanism and global public political culture,and rebuilding the balance between instrumental rationality and value rationality.
