| 摘 要： | 通过深入分析数据挖掘、知识管理与技术创新的概念和关系，提出一个通过数据挖掘和知识管理来提高技术创新的理论模型，并以客户关系管理为例简单说明如何通过数据挖掘和知识管理来提高技术创新能力，进而提升企业的核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | This article proposed the theoretical model that enhances the technological innovation through the data mining and the knowledge management with the analysis of the relations of data mining,knowledge management and technological innovation.And take the customer relations management as the example declaring how to promote technological innovation through the data mining and the knowledge management,then promote enterprise's core competitiveness. |
