| 摘 要： | 我国中小企业在经济发展中发挥着巨大的作用，但相关的信用担保体系却很不完善，存在着担保市场需求巨大、风险分散与补偿制度缺乏、企业融资难度大、担保机构资金来源单一等诸多问题。解决这些问题是建立中小企业信用担保体系的重要环节。

| Abstract: | Abstrac:In China,medium and small-sized enterprises are playing an important role in economic development.Rel-evant insurance guaranty system is not well-developed,many problems still exist: great guaranty market demand,riskdecentralization and deficiency of compensation policy,enterprise fund-raising difficult,guaranty unit fund-raisingsimplification.Solving the above-mentioned problems is an important path to the construction of medium and small-sized enterprise credit guaranty system. |
