协同式任务导向模式在质量管理课程实践教学中的应用

摘    要:建筑工程管理专业质量管理实践教学是根据建筑工程企业岗位职业的实际需求,构造实践教学项目任务,引导学生完成QC小组成果报告。文章分析了目前质量管理课程实践教学内容和方法,提出将"协同式任务导向模式"运用到质量管理QC小组活动的实践教学中,以培养学生团队合作、独立思考和自主学习等方面的能力,是对高职质量管理课程实践教学改革的一次有意义的探索。

The Application of Cooperative Task-oriented Teaching Mode in Quality Management Courses Practice Teaching

Abstract:First,research on quality management practice teaching of construction project management professional,next,design practice teaching project tasks,in order to apply to the actual requirements of construction companies,finally,students complete the QC group outcome report by the teacher's guidance. Based on the analysis of quality management practice teaching content and methods,the paper presents that the " Cooperative Task-Oriented Teaching Mode" is used to quality management QC group activity practice teaching. In this process,students have some abilities of teamwork,self-thinking,self-learning and other aspects. This is a meaningful exploration for quality management practice teaching reform.
