| 摘 要： | 加入WTO以后，中国传统的会计模式将会受到影响，会计管理体制改革，会计业务创新已成为当务之急。本文对我国会计改革的目标、方向及会计组织机构改革等问题进行了探讨，并提出了会计业务创新的有关内容和方向。
