| 摘 要： | 构建农村建制镇宜居指数,设计一套全方位评价农村建制镇宜居质量的指标体系,对于指导社会主义新农村建设具有重要意义。文章在探讨农村建制镇宜居质量评价指标体系原则的基础上,建立了经济发展、设施环境、居民生活、社会进步4个评价子系统和农村建制镇宜居指数的计算方法。

| Abstract: | It makes great senses to the construction of the new socialist countryside to set up proper inhabitation indexes for rural towns and to design comprehensive indicators to assess its inhabitation quality. The paper has an analysis on the principles to set up the index, on four sub-systems of the index and the concrete measurement of inhabitation index. |
