| 摘 要： | 农村信息化是促进农民增收、农业增效和农村经济发展的有效手段,也是建设社会主义新农村的重要突破口。本文通过调查的形式,对目前新疆农村信息化建设的现状和特点进行了分析,针对其存在的问题和农民对信息的需求以及新疆农村信息化建设的要求,提出了一些合理化建议。

| Abstract: | Rural informationization is not only an effective way to increase farmers' income,improve agriculture benefit and to advance the development of rural economy,but also an important breach in building socialist new countryside.Through investigation,the paper analyzes the status quo and features of rural informationization construction in Xinjiang and puts forward reasonable proposals according to existing problems,farmers' demand to information and the requirements of constructing rural informationization in Xinjiang. |
