| 摘 要： | 本文从战略管理动态演变的视角出发,把战略管理的发展过程分为3个阶段:经典的战略管理理论、现代战略管理理论和战略管理的最新进展;并详细介绍了各阶段的主要流派。最后,根据其演进规律,展望了21世纪的战略管理的发展趋势。
