| 摘 要： | 现行财政管理体制对于具有特殊产业结构的云南财政有着重大影响。在收入不断增长和支出规模快速扩大的过程中,逐渐暴露出云南财政收支结构中存在的一些问题与矛盾。为实现云南财政的可持续发展,必须在致力发展经济、增加税源、加强征管、堵塞漏洞、加强财政支出管理的同时,继续争取中央财政的有力支持。

| Abstract: | The prevailing financial management system have great influence on the finance of Yunnan province which has special industry structure.During the process of income increase and the fast enlarging of scale,some problems and contradictions in the financial revenue and expenditure of Yunnan province become obvious.In order to achieve the sustainable development of the finance in Yunnan,we have to get more support from the central government while trying to develop economy,increase the source of tax,and strengthen the management of finance expenditure. |
