乌鲁木齐市达坂城区农村社区居家养老服务问题及对策研究

中国农村社会养老服务问题在人口老龄化背景下显得尤为突出。在农村老年人口对养老需求不断增加的前提下,农村社区养老资源却出现供给不足的现象。养老资源供给和需求的不平衡更加激发了养老矛盾。以老龄化理论、马斯洛需求层次理论、福利多元主义理论和社会嵌入理论为理论支撑,运用调查问卷法和专家访谈法对乌鲁木齐市达坂城区农村老年人的养老现状进行调查。分析了乌鲁木齐市达坂城区农村社区居家养老服务需求情况,总结出当前存在的主要问题,提出了相关有针对性的对策建议,对推进农村社区居家养老服务的发展,具有现实意义。

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Home Care Services in Dabancheng District,Urumqi City

The problem of social pension services in rural China is particularly prominent under the background of population aging. On the premise of the increasing demand for the aged in rural areas, the supply of the aged resources in rural communities is insufficient. The imbalance between supply and demand of endowment resources has further stimulated the contradiction of endowment. Based on the theories of aging, Maslow''s hierarchy of needs, welfare pluralism and social embed theory, this paper investigates the status of the elderly in rural areas of Dabancheng District of Urumqi by using questionnaire and expert interviews. This paper analyses the demand of home-based old-age service in rural communities of Dabancheng District, Urumqi City, summarizes the main problems existing at present, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, which has practical significance for promoting the development of home-based old-age service in rural communities.
