基于AHP-DEMATEL的资源枯竭型城市工矿用地退出影响因子重要性分析

资源枯竭型城市积极推动经济转型发展对建设用地的需求日益增加,已失去生产价值的工矿用地的潜在价值逐渐被人们发掘。以冷水江为例运用AHP-DEMATEL模型从社会经济因素、政府因素及工矿企业发展因素三方面选取影响工矿用地退出的因子进行分析。研究发现:政府因素与社会经济因素对工矿用地退出的影响高于工矿企业发展因素,其中政府因素最为重要,土地利用政策、二三产业发展以及企业经济实力分别为各层次中影响工矿用地退出的关键因子。

Analysis on the Importance of Factors Influencing on Withdrawal of Industrial and Mining Land in Resource-Exhausted Cities Based on AHP-DEMATEL

Resource-exhausted cities actively promote economic transformation and development, with the increasing demand for construction land, the potential value of industrial and mining land which has lost the value of industrial and mining production has gradually been excavated. This paper takes Lengshuijiang City as an example, Using AHP-DEMATEL model to analyze the factors influencing the withdrawal of industrial and mining land from three aspects: social and economic factors, government factors and development factors of industrial and mining enterprises. It is found that government factors and social economic factors have more influence on the withdrawal of industrial and mining land than industrial and mining enterprises, among which the government factor is the most important, and the land use policy is the most important. The development of secondary and third industries and the economic strength of enterprises are the key factors influencing the withdrawal of industrial and mining land.
