西部地区乡村居民点开发的模式及路径研究

以现有的相关参考文献为依据,首先阐述了乡村居民点的概念以及开发乡村居民点的重要意义。其次,针对西部地区现有的乡村居民点开发模式进行概括,研究发现目前西部地区乡村居民点主要有集约用地模式、重构治理模式和整治分区模式三大开发模式。然后,在综合思考影响居民点开发的因素,对西部地区乡村居民点开发模式做出相应的适宜性评价。最后,从生态环境、空间布局、产业协同和布局渐进几个方面提出优化路径。

Research on the Development Mode and Path of Rural Residential Areas in Western China

Based on the existing relevant references, this paper first expounds the concept of rural residential areas and the important significance of developing rural residential areas. Secondly, it summarizes the current development modes of rural residential areas in the western region, and finds that there are three major development modes of rural residential areas in the western region at present: intensive land use mode, reconstruction governance mode and remediation zoning mode. Then, on the basis of comprehensive consideration of the factors that affect the development of residential areas, the author makes corresponding suitability evaluation on the development mode of rural residential areas in the western region. Finally, the optimization path is proposed from the aspects of ecological environment, spatial layout, industrial coordination and gradual layout.
