昌吉市美丽乡村建设评价体系构建及应用

历经新农村建设、美丽乡村建设两大过程农村有了长足的发展,十九大报告中指出,当前农村发展到了新的阶段"乡村振兴"。在生产、生态、人文、治理、生活五大方面,全面解读乡村发展。以新"二十字"方针为准则,参考现有的相关成果及标准,构建昌吉市美丽乡村建设评价体系。运用层次分析法(AHP)对30项指标进行打分,确定指标权重及评分标准。并在榆树沟镇进行实证应用,发现在实际建设中的短板,为之后的乡村振兴的发展提供指导。

Establishment and Application of Evaluation System for Beautiful Countryside Construction in Changji City

After the construction of new countryside and beautiful countryside, the countryside has made great progress. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to score 30 indicators to determine the weight of indicators and scoring criteria. And in Yushugou Town, the empirical application found that the shortcomings in the actual construction, for the future development of Rural Revitalization to provide guidance.
