摘    要:教师是决定课改成败的关键因素。文章从社会学的视角探讨了课堂教学中的教师角色及角色冲突,论及教师角色冲突的主要表现、成因、利弊,提出了从教育评价体系改革、学校环境创设、教师培训与教师自身角色扮演能力提升等方面缓解课堂教学中教师角色冲突的措施,旨在为教学一线的教师给予更多的关注和理解,为我国的教师教育提供借鉴。

Abstract:Teacher is the key factor that decides the success and failure of the curriculum innovation.This paper analyzed the role conflict of teacher in the classroom from the perspective view of sociology,discussed the main factors,causes,advantages and disadvantages of the role conflict of teachers,put forward some adjusting measures of relaxing the role conflict of teachers in the classroom from reforming evaluation system,creating school environment,training teachers and advancing the skills of teachers' roll-play.All of these aims at taking are of and better understanding the teachers.
