合同农业的运行机制及绩效解析

合同农业对于调整农业结构、增加农民收入和发挥农业比较优势具有重要作用。合同农业中“合同”的实质是为企业和农户双方提供一个相对稳定的“市场”，以减少双方市场行为的成本。日前合同农业存在着垄断、盘剥和欺诈三个重大问题。为解决这些问题，应采取大力培育农村市场体系，建立现代企业制度，转变政府职能等措施。

The contract-based agriculture plays an important role in agriculture restructuring, improving peasants' income and realizing agricultural advantages. The essence of a contract is to establish a stable market between buyers and sellers. However, monopoly and fraud are very severe in such markets. To resolve this, a perfect market operation and supervision mechanism should be established.
