后危机时代农民工返乡创业的对策探讨

全球性的金融危机导致外部需求急剧萎缩,我国外贸加工型企业订单大幅减少,迫使大量外出务工的农民工返乡。而随着我国经济率先走出低谷和世界经济的逐渐回暖,农民工返乡创业出现了新的特征。分析了农民工返乡创业的优势和劣势,从构建激励机制、创新引导模式、做好创业环境管理和强化对农民工的创业技能培训等方面提出了对策。

Discussion On Countermeasures For Venture of Returned Peasant-Workers In Post-Crisis Age

The global financial crisis causes exterior demand to wither suddenly,overseas orders of our country＇s foreign-trade-oriented manufacturing enterprises reduces largely,this makes the factories fire employees and forces a lot of peasant-workers returning to their hometown.However,along with our country＇s economy to go out the trough and the world economics gradually return to warmer weather,there are some new features of venture by returned peasant-workers.This paper analyzes the superiority and the inferiority of the peasant-workers＇ venture after returning to their hometown,and proposes countermeasures including build incentive mechanism,creat new guidance pattern,completed venture environmental management and strengthen skill training for peasant-workers.
