The Research of Private Equity Funds Concerning with Industrial Restructuring

Thanks to financial crisis,the economics of developed countries was inflicted heavy losses.For Chinese economics can revive soon in this crisis,a huge industrial restructuring is under circumstances.It needs a big support of capitals,then how to raise the private equity funds and use the savings and foreign exchange reserve to make a better service.This paper make a research on the necessity,advantages and depth of private equity funds.
