山西省乡村振兴发展水平综合评价研究

实施乡村振兴战略,是破解“三农”问题及促进农业发展、农村繁荣、农民增收的根本途径。紧密围绕乡村振兴“二十字”方针,从五个维度建立了乡村振兴评价指标体系,运用因子分析法对2018年山西省乡村振兴发展水平进行综合评价,通过对全国31个省市乡村振兴综合得分的横向比较,梳理山西省乡村振兴的发展优势和薄弱环节,补齐发展短板,为山西对标国内先进、推进乡村振兴进程提供量化依据。

Study on the Comprehensive Evaluation of the Development Level of Rural Revitalization in Shanxi Province

The implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy is the fundamental way to solve the "three rural" problems and promote agricultural development, rural prosperity and farmers'' income. Closely around the "20 words" policy of rural revitalization, the evaluation index system of Rural Revitalization has been established from five dimensions. The comprehensive evaluation of the development level of Rural Revitalization in Shanxi Province in 2018 has been carried out by using factor analysis method. Through the horizontal comparison of the comprehensive scores of Rural Revitalization in 31 provinces and cities across the country, the development advantages and weaknesses of Rural Revitalization in Shanxi Province have been sorted out, and the development weaknesses have been supplemented To provide quantitative basis for domestic advanced and Rural Revitalization.
