| Abstract: | This essay sets forth several methods of appraising bid in our country and briefly explains their advantages and disadvantages.It also extends some scientific methods of appraising bid methods of composing base price of bidding from current bidding methods,and explains the applications of bid valuating methods of composing base price of bidding in project bidding with examples. |
