| 摘 要： | 企业的跨国经营存在着两种典型的跨国经营模式,这两种模式可以为中国民营企业的跨国经营提供借鉴。本文通过对民营企业面临的跨国经营竞争环境分析和可行性分析,提出现阶段中国民营企业的跨国经营应选择跨越式的成长模式。

Based on private enterprises are facing competitive environment transnational business analysis and feasibility analysis. In making this Chinese private enterprises transnatinnal business by leaps and bounds should choose the mode of growth. |
