| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the legal rights and legal duties of government,enterprise,public and NGO respectively in circular economy promotion law.And then the relationships of legal subjects can be set forth.By the way of recognizing the subjects positions and functions,circular economy development can be availably ensured and promoted. |
