| 摘 要： | 风险管理对中小企业的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文提出通过将风险管理融入企业文化、完善风险学习机制、健全风险预警机制、建立风险管理绩效评估机制等几个方面完善风险的基础管理。以基础管理为平台,中小企业应当建立起科学的风险识别、评估风险、处理风险的过程管理。

| Abstract: | Risk management is of great importance to the sustainable development of small and medium enterprises. In this paper, risk management is mixed with fundamental management for perfecting risk including enterprise culture, risk -learning mechanism, risk -warning mechanism, performance for risk management evaluation mechanism and so on. Based on fundamental management, scientific process including risk -recognizing, risk -evaluation and risk -eliminating should be established in small and medium enterprises. |
