| 摘 要： | 目前对配送中心竞争力的评价指标体系的研究还在讨论之中,本文尝试性的对配送中心竞争力评价指标体系进行初步的探讨,建立了配送中心全面竞争力评价指标体系,并提出利用PDCA方法对指标体系进行持续性的改进.
