| 摘 要： | 建设和发展健康向上的农村体育文化,既是建设社会主义新农村不可缺少的重要手段,又是社会主义新农村形成的重要内容.当前,农村体育文化存在的问题,主要是随着体育人口增长,体育规划滞后;公共财政投向农村体育事业的资金长期偏低;社会体育指导员人数较少,且体育素质偏低,指导力度不强,使农民很难掌握正确的锻炼技术和方法;懂现代体育业务,会经营管理的体育人才十分缺乏;农村体育设施很少,尤其是方便农村群众健身的公共体育设施更少.应把体育文化建设纳入新农村建设范畴,建立、健全农村体育组织机构,实行统一规划;搞好农村体育文化站点建设,提高农民的健身意识;开展传统的、民族的、适合农民特点的体育项目;拓宽体育经费来源,繁荣体育文化.
