高职旅游管理专业人才能力培养体系建设刍议

十八大以来,高职教育进入了前所未有的战略转型阶段.面对这一形势,旅游管理专业人才培养体系建设的革新迫在眉睫.因此,旅游管理专业教育的实施者应当从夯实专业人才的能力基础入手,巩固其职业通用能力、职业专项能力、社会适应能力,同时,稳步推进以技能融通能力、知识转化能力、创业（创新）能力为主体的拓展能力建设,并在健全实训动态管理、打造实践经验交流平台、鼓励旅游管理专业学生投身自主创业等方面投入精力,借助多重措施,有效提升旅游管理专业人才能力培养质量.

On the Construction of Talent Ability Cultivation System for Tourism Management Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

Since the 18th CPC National Congress, China＇s higher vocational education has entered an unprecedented period of strategy transformation. In light of this situation, we need urgently to reform the construction of talent ability cultivation system for Tourism Management majors. The author thinks that the educators of this major should start from reinforcing the talents＇ ability foundation, help them consolidate their professional general ability, professional special ability and social adaptation ability. At the same time, the educators should push steadily the construction of students＇ expansion ability with the abilities of integrating all skills, converting knowledge into practice and starting a business as well as innovation ability as the core. They should also put more efforts in optimizing dynamic management on practice, building a platform for the exchange of practice experience, encouraging Tourism Management majors to start their own business, etc. so as to effectively improve the quality of talent ability cultivation for Tourism Management major.
