敏捷制造环境下计件工资制研究

摘    要:随着多品种小批量成为制造业的主流生产方式、柔性制造理念的深入人心以及智能化复合加工设备的普遍应用,计件工资制在实践中不再如以前那样有效率,甚至出现企业和员工都对薪酬结算不满的现象。通过分析制造企业计件工资的实践效果,讨论计件工资制度的利弊,探讨适合现代制造企业操作员工的薪酬方式,并提出提高计件工资效率的有关措施。

Abstract:Piecework plan has been considered as an efficientincentive to workplace-level employees forlong time. As agile manufacturing gradually getting focus, multi-variety with small batch production becomes the mainstream manufacturing style. Managers find piecework plan is not as effective as it has ever been. Whatis more, both employees and enterprises are unsatisfactory to the salary system.In this paper,the advantage and disadvantage of piecework plan are analyzed through practice of enterprises. Then,suitable countermeasures are discussed.
