| 摘 要： | 国外电子政府绩效评估实践为我国建立电子政府理想模型、科学的电子政府评价理论和评价系统提供了重要的参考依据。结合我国的实际情况,电子政府绩效评估可划分为政府网站、基础设施技术指标、软硬件综合指标、社会网络绩效以及基本评估准则五大模式。
