| 摘 要： | 非正规就业正逐步成为我国市场化就业的常态,然而针对非正规就业的社会保障制度存在明显缺失。文章建议从就业观念、立法保障、管理手段及配套措施等方面构建我国的非正规就业社会保障制度。
