| 摘 要： | BOT模式是国外迅速发展起来的广泛应用于公共基础设施建设的融资模式,将BOT融资方式与公共租赁住房项目相结合,是BOT应用领域的扩展,更是公共租赁住房模式创新发展的前景之一。本文拟论证BOT模式应用于公共租赁住房的可行性,并构建PRH-BOT(Public Rental Housing BOT)模式运行框架。

| Abstract: | BOT(Build-Operate-Transfer)is a financing mode in infrastructure construction developed rapidly abroad.It is the expansion of BOT application to unite BOT financing ways and public rental housing project.It is also the innovative prospect of public rental housing pattern.This paper demonstrates the feasibility of BOT mode applied to public rental housing,and constructs the PRH-BOT(public rental housing BOT) running mode framework. |
