绿色采购发展及对我国推进绿色采购的思考

随着全球生态环境的恶化，发达国家提出了绿色采购，包括了企业绿色采购和政府绿色采购。发达国家由于环保意识较高并积极采取措施，采购活动走向与环境的发展协调；而我国在绿色采购的理论和实践方面尚处于起步阶段，还需要制定符合国情的政策，提升公众的绿色意识，引导采购者和供应商关注绿色化趋势，因此，政府应当为绿色采购创造良好的外部宏观环境，也可以通过自身的绿色政府采购活动起到推动和引导作用。

The Development of Environmental Purchase and Its Promotion in China

Because of the deterioration of the global eeo-environment, environmental purchase （EP） was put forward in developed countries, which includes government EP and enterprise EP. As developed nations have more consciousness in environnlental proteetion and have taken measures actively, the purchase has harmonized with the environmental development. China is still at the initial stage of EP in theory and practice, thus government should makez appropriate polices according to the situation of the country, improve the public consciousness, and guide the pulchaser and supplier to attach importance to the tendency of the green wave. Therefore, governlnent should create good exterior macro environment for EP, push and guide EP through its EP activities.
