| 摘 要： | 我国票据市场虽然发展迅速,但相比国外票据市场,其功能还没有有效的发挥,目前我国票据市场的发展目标,应该是建立全国统一的电子化交易市场。因此,应通过增加票据种类,活跃票据市场并推动交易业务创新,进一步修订相关法律法规,发展市场中介机构等措施,以加快我国票据市场的发展,有利于健全市场体系和市场宏观调控。
