| 摘 要： | 近些年来,国内大力发展和建设保障性住房,解决了部分群体的住房问题。本文旨在了解公租房起源,分析国外公租房建设的经验,联系国内公租房建设的现状与规划,从建设资金、保障制度和土地等多方面提出建议,优化国内公租房的建设。

| Abstract: | In recent years,China has devoted great efforts to develop and construct affordable housing,and solved the housing problems of some groups.This article aims to understand the history of public rent house,analyses foreign experience in the construction of public rent house,combining with domestic status of construction and planning of public rent house,put forward recommendation from construction funds,security systems,and land,in order to optimize the construction of domestic public rent house. |
