| 摘 要： | 本文从"人文关怀"、人在公共图书馆发展中的主体地位和主体作用、人文关怀应贯穿于图书馆服务工作的始终、公共图书馆建筑设施也应体现人文关怀等四个方面进行了论述,旨在进一步提高公共图书馆的服务意识,真正体现公共图书馆"服务至上,读者第一"的服务宗旨。
