| 摘 要： | 本文主要介绍了智能建筑与绿色节能技术的发展背景,并提出我国智能建筑的综合发展方向应为绿色智能建筑。同时对我国发展绿色智能建筑中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了一些关于我国发展绿色智能建筑的建议。

| Abstract: | The developing background of intelligent building and green energy technology is introduced in this dissertation,the comprehensive development of the direction of intelligent building should be green and intelligent building has been proposed.Meanwhile,the existing problems of the development of green and intelligent building are analyzed,the recommendations of the development of green and intelligent building in our country have been proposed. |
