摘    要:轴瓦是水泥回转窑的关键部件,发生故障将会影响水泥质量。由于其故障原因机理各异,难以直接对该非线性系统建立准确的数学模型;故而本文在历史故障纪录和实时监控状态信息的基础上,应用数理统计的方法对关键部件轴瓦进行可靠性分析,建立反映状态性能和维修水平的故障率函数,并对该模型进行分析。经实例验证表明该方法是可行的且反映现实运行特点。
